When should we arrive?
You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your time slot.  This gives your group time to sign your waivers and get debriefed on your room by your Game Master.  We do need you to arrive on time so we can stay on schedule with the groups following yours.

Do we need to bring anything with us?
 You do not need anything from the outside world to escape your room.  All you need are your brains and what is in the room.  Your valuables will be in a designated spot locked in the room with you.  We do, however, prohibit the use of your cell phones.  We want to keep our secrets IN the rooms, please.

Will we really be locked in?
You won’t really be “locked” in the room.  You are free to step out to go to the restroom, for example.  Please note that your time DOES NOT stop for your group if this occurs and it can disturb the overall “immersion” experience.  We encourage you to use the restroom if needed and turn off cell phones before you begin your escape experience.

Is there an age limit?
Players can be any age!  You just have to be open minded and love to have fun.  If you are under 14 years of age you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  If you are under 18 you will need the waiver to be co-signed by a parent or guardian. Children under 7 years of age are free when accompanied by an adult.

How many players can be in our group?
Each room accommodates a minimum of 2 people.  4 rooms have a maximum of 8 and one has a maximum of 10.
 
Will our group be in the room by ourselves?
Yes. All rooms are exclusive to your group.

Will we get hints if our group gets stumped?
Your Game Master will assist your group by watching your progress from the camera in your room.  Your Game Master can also assist by, when your whole group agrees, giving you hints through your handy dandy walkie talkie.
 
What if we want to book a corporate team-building experience?
Escape rooms are a perfect experience for team-building in the workplace!  Our facility even has the capability for group debriefing and/or space for lunch to be catered in if you would like.  You can pick an already available date or we can accommodate for a custom date/time of your choosing.  Of course, all booking are on first-come, first-serve basis.

What is the price per person?
Ticket price is $40.00 per person for 2 players or $34.00 per person for 3 or more players.
 
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are not refundable but you can transfer or sell your ticket to someone else if you choose. 
 
What kind of payment do you accept?
 We accept cash or Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Do I need to get my ticket a head of time?
We suggest that you do.  Walk-ins are subject to both room and Game Master availability.
